These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 116bet and any person who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 116bet platform available at https://116bet.club and any associated mobile or web-based interface (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise engaging with the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, and any other guidelines or policies published on the 116bet Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 116bet.

116bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were most recently amended.

To register and use the 116bet Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 116bet strictly prohibits access by minors. Any person found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending further investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 116bet or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or gaming suppliers.
• You must not already hold an active 116bet account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid mobile number. 116bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address (Know Your Customer, "KYC" verification) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 116bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication or mobile verification codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

116bet will never contact you by telephone, email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password, full account number, or any authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from 116bet and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent, and you should report it immediately to [email protected].

You must notify 116bet immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 116bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of suspected account compromise, 116bet reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 116bet Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 116bet employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided and forfeited.

116bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Currently supported payment methods for Bangladeshi players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 116bet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 116bet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits are credited to your 116bet account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically near-instant for bKash and Nagad.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified 116bet account details. 116bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional identity verification is required.
• 116bet reserves the right to impose a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Any applicable limits will be communicated within the Platform.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 116bet may require you to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be released until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved.

Anti-Money Laundering

116bet is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") principles. We reserve the right to report any transaction that we reasonably believe may be connected to money laundering or other financial crime to the relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately suspended, and all funds held pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation conducted by 116bet or relevant authorities.

116bet offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all 116bet promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 or above only. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

All bets and games placed on the 116bet Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, which are accessible within the Platform interface for each game or betting market. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 116bet:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all details before confirming any wager.
• All bets are subject to 116bet's right to void, cancel, or suspend markets at its sole discretion in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or any event that renders the market result void under applicable rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by game, market type, and player account status.
• For live cricket and other in-play betting markets, bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended during certain moments of play (e.g., while a ball is in flight). 116bet accepts no responsibility for delays in placing live bets due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any bet or game, the decision of 116bet's trading team shall be final and binding, subject to the appeals process described in these Terms.
• All casino games on the 116bet Platform use certified random number generators (RNG). Live dealer games operate through third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own operational rules in addition to these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 116bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.

This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 116bet.

The 116bet name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of 116bet. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written permission of 116bet. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 116bet regarding the Platform may be used by 116bet without restriction or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 116bet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any action or omission by a third-party game provider, payment processor, or data feed supplier.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations resulting from data feed failures or software bugs, subject to 116bet's right to void affected transactions.

The total aggregate liability of 116bet to any individual user in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 116bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

116bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that 116bet reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

In cases of suspected fraud or financial crime, 116bet may freeze your account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, 116bet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 116bet at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4 of these Terms, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

116bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 116bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between you and 116bet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

116bet makes no representation that the Platform or any content therein is appropriate or available for use in all locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 116bet accepts no liability in that regard.
